How are PoP and GTA 4 bad games?? I heard PoP was really easy, but it still looked fun and has a nice art style. GTA 4 looks like it improved over the old games in gameplay(ie. cover system,driving, physics), even though a lot of people say San Andreas was better.

No one knows. That's what happened last year but with Amazon starting Black Friday deals from the beginning of the week this year, we're not really sure what sort of deals will be left for tomorrow. Though I guess some of the lightning deal console bundles for tomorrow were leaked a while ago?

I posted this a few days back when it first was posted... and people rolled their eyes and were skeptical. The deals listed were spot on (save few 30 minute time differences). AC is listed at 6 AM PST.

I don't remember buying anything on BF. I'm usually too broke at this point of the year to buy anything unless it's a game I really want. Usually the games that come on sale or ones I already own, not interested in, or just not at my sweet spot. For this year, I've been looking for L4D2 PC for $25 or less but cheapest I've seen it for is $30.

Last year I got Personal Trainer Cooking for DS for $5. I've used it several times cooking and it works pretty well and I've found a couple new recipes I like. Also got RE4 for Wii for $10, just started playing it recently since I had just finished the GC version last October. Bought Rune Factory 2 for DS for $15 with free plush squirrel, haven't touched it yet but eventually will, I've put a ton of time into the first Rune Factory. Bought Boom Blox for $20, had quite a bit of fun playing it, enough that I picked up the sequel yesterday from bestbuy.com for $15. Also got a Nyko Perfect Shot for cheap, a couple movies that were gifts, and I believe a season of Monk.

I've yet to buy a game from Amazon during their Black Friday sales this year. Got a few movies, a CD, a couple seasons of TV shows, but all of my game purchases have been from other sites. Hopefully they'll have something today to change that.

Is it at least typical for amazon to roll out the lightning deals and hints at 12 PST? Or is that even a crapshoot? I'm getting sleepy. I've been playing my $4.99 copy of Plants vs. Zombies on Steam while watching late night talk shows. Not sure what I'll do now, maybe put on a movie I've seen before and make some headway on Cave Story.
