This is probably the best game nobody's played, now we really have no excuse not to buy it.

Also I wanted to know if the xbox version might be any better before I buy it on PC (I use my xbox controller as a pc gamepad, and should be able to run it on the highest settings).

The minimum shipping is 6.95, and every item add only about $1 to the shipping. So you might as well pick up a few more games while you are at it. I got these couple of days ago:

They are all under $10, and you pay tax in NY.

I've played both the Xbox and PC version and they play exactly the same. Plus the PC version looks better at higher resolutions.

yeah, I saw this deal a while ago! damn I got all excited for nothing. Thought I was going to get out of paying $7 for shipping! oh well. $1 extra per item is an interesting thought though... Then it's like $4 shipping per title which is a little easier to take.
