I had to return a game b/c the disc was missing when I received it. I paid with credit. They notified they got the return and said they would refund it. That was ten business days ago. I emailed them. How do they do credit refunds? Do they just credit my gift card account?

Just try to order something and see if the credit is there to put on the item.
If it was purchased with a gift card, your refund will be in the form of gift card. Check your gift card balance in the "My Account" page.
If it was video game credit (that you got for purchasing a select game), it won't get refunded since it's treated like a coupon in their system. Hopefully, you can get them to issue a new credit in the same amount since it was a return of a defective product and was not your fault.
