I believe this is the CoD MW3 version of the PX3. MSRP is $170 and I did not see any other price this low from a reputable seller. It shows that it's sold by Warehouse Deals, but is listed as new. I think this version is being discontinued, but could not confirm.

On their official site it is listed as discontinued. Also this is not programmable, you can just select between presets and download the same ones from the program. You can't make your own adjustments. Px3 is better, but price is good for a wireless headset that works on pc/xbox/ps3.
