Amazon Warehouse Deals Thread X

Oh snap. Looks like I missed some good PS4 action.

Of course, I had zero interest in the console. Until a few weeks ago.

Congrats to the contributing CAGers who snagged one.

Anyone know why MH3U (3DS) is so much now?

Also trade in value is $19.xx so for those that picked it up from GS for cheap during that sale should cash in.
Well Amazon no longer has a listing for themselves of the game and BBY has it on clearance so they're waiting on a reprint or not going to be carrying it any longer.

Also did you guys know that they restocked PS4s!!! ;)

Grahhhhh!!!

Is there a reason why people are so concerned about having a warranty for the PS4? I don't recall there being such a hubbub when the PS3 released. :???:
In general I'd recommend having a warranty with any Sony console. They've all had their share of problems, especially the launch models. The phat PS3 and it's YLOD was a pretty big thing, not as big as the RROD but still significant.

Who knows what kind of problems will occur with the PS4, the thing is just a few months old.

is dream drop distance any good? i am almost done with kingdom hearts 1.5hd remix (first game, not the card one yet) and was curious if there's an order to this.

I would say the same for the XB1 as well -- that it's a good idea to have the standard warranty. Plus, when I jump on next gen, I'm paying with my Amex to get the extra warranty protection even though I have enough credit at the major retailers to pay for it. It just makes sense for a piece of hardware that you expect to keep for years.

nevermind, cancelled mine... i figure the lack of warranty is spooking me and the square trade rep said they don't honor "used" only refurb and new products.
With AWD products, you need this SquareTrade warranty for open-box items: http://www.amazon.com/SquareTrade-One-Year-Open-Box-Electronics-Extended/dp/B002QCGLHQ

https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/710 - Makes it sound like AWD items won't qualify for warranty service since you are purchasing the item "second hand."
