What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
From Amazon: Get deep discounts on open-box, like-new, refurbished, or used products that are in good condition but do not meet Amazon.com's rigorous standards as "new".

Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, new but with damaged packaging product aka "dinger" and trade ins in generally like new condition. They are considered 3rd party by affiliation and as such the "Amazon Warehouse Deals" distinction but are still part of Amazon.

What is AmazonSmile?

About AmazonSmile

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes! All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken during restocks and or when pricing algorithm goes haywire. During those times, prices don't adjust and assimilate with the current inventory quickly enough to show the sorting as such

I'm waiting for a ps4, xb1, 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it, and or set alerts... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What is this "glitch deals" that I keep hearing about in this thread?
On August 7th, 2014, AWD glitched out similar to how it did around penny deals, except lot of stuff went for cheap instead for a penny. The pricing algorithm went haywire and in the process lot of stuff went for cheap across the AWD spectrum from games to iphones to tablets and everything else in between. The "glitch deal" lasted for maybe a couple of hours and fellow CAGs that were around during that time made out like a bandit. Below is the timeline leading up to the night and the deals that went down on that night.

I used it once last night at 11:30, so I assumed I'd have to wait... just checked now and it appeared to activate again....

Yep, it works!  Now to figure out what to buy.

Thanks all for the heads up on this.  Grabbed Bravely Default II for $15.  Looks like it will expire before I'm eligible for the 2nd coupon but am happy enough being able to use it once and score a deal on Bravely Default II.

Samsung microsd cards are popping up with prices still scaled to the sale a few days ago.  Decided to gamble a bit on a $46 512gb evo select.

My second coupon just appeared after a few screen refreshes. I had given up hope, so if you were in the same boat with no 2nd coupon, try again before time runs out.

There's another Amazon Warehouse 20% off deal going at the moment.  I was able to get Rage 2 (Amazon exclusive edition) acceptable for Xbox One for $4.67 along with some other stuff.

I really need to stop buying from Amazon.

My copy of Rage 2 came disc only in a black case. I might trade it to GameStop when they have a decent promo since I really wanted a case with the game.

Yup you are correct on that. Ever since he left it's been pretty dead here. Though to be fair awd had already been going downhill for years.

Yeah, there are still steals like that (I treasure my GBA SP systems  for .76 cents!) but the problem now is 2 fold. Inventory  is less due to not getting trades as often and Amazon's search system is straight garbage.  Like there are times you can search for "Mario Kart Wii" and see nothing. You can clumsily sort Wii games on amazon warehouse and still see nothing. You can go to the Mario Kart Wii page and see no Amazon Warehouse listing, but still, someone finds a Mario Kart Wii for a $1 and change somehow.

Occasionally things only appear on the seller page for whatever reason.

Often the AWD page listing for individual items is separate from the main listing page. A number of people keep links to them bookmarked as they still work even though an item is not in stock.

AWD has been garbage since more people starting scamming them on returns a few years ago.  Your failure rate (from purchasing) is like 3+ outta 10 now.  It's not worth it for anything you truly care about, or any expensive electronics.  It's worse than buying a floor model TV.

FredGordonHerbert is just that shitbag IATCG registered under a new account. He has absolutely no life and trolls these forums constantly. He already knew what happened and is trying to stir up drama again.

I’m curious to hear whether they’ll be as described or if someone swapped the cards.
So update. One of the decks came, sealed but with box dings. The other deck from the ordered bundle was missing though. So they just gave me a full refund. At this point even if it's missing any cards I'm not out any money.

ETA: Everything was still factory sealed inside, so basically we got a $42 commander deck for free.

This may be a dumb question, but does anyone have any advice on how/where to buy an Xbox One S? I just need something for the family to watch movies and play some games on. Microsoft claims that these are still in production but I have been looking for months and they are as rare as hen's teeth. I figured with everyone wanting a PS5/SeriesX that finding one would be easier but no such luck. Any advice is appreciated. I'd rather not buy one from some shady reseller on Facebook marketplace if it can be avoided.

I saw one of the new Xboxes in stock at Costco last week. I didn’t examine which model it was and what it was bundled with though.
