F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition does products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. However, some people have reported that games were in no so scratched condition with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.
thanks. i'll check it out. while i have your ear, is there an add-on that will allow you to refresh an image on a page without having to reload the entire page?
i'm not sure. are you looking for pron?
i'm not sure. are you looking for pron?
sadly, no. have slowish internet and trying to speed things up for a page refresh contest.

questions on the update checker, does amazon have a threshold on refreshing? outside of concern for my computer's performance, should i not refresh more often that every x seconds/minutes? and do people generally check the whole page for the update or highlight a certain area to track for changes?

trying to set it up to track the move bundle. thanks!

I miss the front page with current links to deals. That was sweet. But then, those don't give affiliate cash, do they? Shame, as it would motivate more product turnover for AW via links.
My favorite RPG.
...
Childhood nostalgia.
That was back when I tolerated a lot of RPGs, around the time of Grandia, Suikoden II, Kartia. The combat was pretty unique, but honestly, it was a game to tide you into other games. Fun times.

Funny thing about it is yesterday it was $177.99. I guess they realized they made a mistake in the pricing and had to give it a more appropriate price...

Sad thing is, I really want this game, and I finally see it on Warehouse Deals and the price is all jacked up :(

They've had it before. I don't know if it actually sold (they had it for around $60) or if they just relisted it at this price. I'd expect it to be gone in seconds if it actually appeared for a decent price though.

Halo Reach Legendary Edition just popped up for $111.99, but it appears the 2 sold out already. They were factory sealed units with damage to the box.

1 clicked the copy of Civilization V. It remotely possible for a used copy to already be available 3 days after release?

Not original packaging/shrink wrap missing. :whistle2:k
i thought it said 18.99 at first.....
Jesus. Even though I own a copy, I hate how inflated in price games like these get. It just breed that sort of flipper/hoarder mentality.

When you get it I would make sure right off the bat that the steam activation key is there. Good chance that is what is missing. What did you pay for it btw? Id kill to get a sub $40 copy!
That Splinter Cell bundle is not a Slim one, just the normal Jasper 360 released several months before the slims rolled out.
whoops...thanks dang allergies and my eyes

Got my copy of DQIX today. Smelled like cologne, and the box was a bit greasy. I took out the game(which also smelled like cologne) and the nintendo club registration card, going to have to clean the box and game to get that smell off.

I got my copy of DQVIII used too, and I think that one smelled like perfume and cigs. I imagined it was owned by a short fat goth chick.

I bought a used DS Lite and it smelled like cigs, too. Put the smelly stuff in a plastic bag then put that plastic bag in a box of laundry detergent. Smelled super fresh afterward.
for one second i see a used 1600 points for 12.99..

wondering what the condition of that card is..
I just got a 1600 points card in the mail today for 9.99. I was a little nervous at first because the description said acceptable, but the card itself was in good condition. Just the packaging was all smashed up.

 I wonder if that method works for *other* videogame related items.

When I use the update scanner 3.1.3 I think it just scans one page. The first page of the storefront. Is there a way to make it scan more? Or would I have to click each page one at a time and add them? Thanks

Also just snagged Hoshigami: Ruining Blue Earth Remix on DS for $11.99. Awesome unknown RPG's on this thing.. Just really wanna upgrade my DS Lite to a DSi XL since I bought me a GBA SP...
Picked it up with my Amazon credit. Thanks! Should be an awesome game for my first Amazon Warehouse purchase. It should come in a real PS3 case right?
All the PS3 games I've ordered have, so I don't see why they would stop now.

Actually I ordered mine from warehousedeals too awhile back, and it was practically new, so no complaints here.

Just FYI, the game is now 19.65 brand new from Amazon. I'm sure the used one is fine, but for $0.66 cents...

I picked up Star Ocean Second Evolution for $14.99, not super cheap but ive been looking to add it to my collection for less than $20.
I'd pick this up for a friend, but I'd need to know more about how Amazon guarantees the CD-key is still usable.
They don't. If it was used you could just return it though.

It's not Warehouse Deals, but I saw someone mention Microsoft Points, searched Amazon, and got this and LOL'd.

Reminds me of the days some guys on CAG were charging $1,000,000 or whatever for a used Rock Revolution for Wii. Of course, $26 is a big leap from a million, but what are you going to do with a used MSP card? At least Rock Revolution could have been used as a coaster/frisbee/etc.
