Amazon's "Tell Us About a Lower Price"

Anyone ever done this? Does it ever effect the price of the item at all? I wanted to get Kenka Bancho for the PSP, but Amazon still sells it for $40. GameStop has had it for $20 for a while now, but it's not available online and all I can find in stores are gutted copies.

I'm not sure if it was because of a submitted "Lower Price" or if they were just price-matching but I've seen Amazon lower the price of a couple things that I've said were cheaper at Best Buy.

The one time I tried using it they never changed the price, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth a shot.

I have used it in the past on an X-Box live points card and they honored the price that I had sent them that was from Wal-Mart.com
