I'm glad I pre-ordered Ike before Gamestop's cut-off point for those who get theirs this month and those that have to wait til spring. He's probably the character I wanted the most overall. Meanwhile my Meta Knight is being shipped using UPS Next Day Air Saver method. Baffles me that they did it for Meta Knight amiibo but not the Majora's Mask CE that started shipping 4 days after release date. Hope it arrives in immaculate condition but it's Best Buy...

Hoping to find Megaman amiibo for retail price soon otherwise I may have to resort to trade or eBay. Now if the next smash wave preorders would just start soon, my mind will be temporarily free of this amiibo lunacy.

also meta knight & king triple d shipped from bestbuy but not mega man

 
I preordered mine before the cut off point at Gamestop and I just got a call saying that my preorder is delayed until Summer. I preordered the entire set from there.

 
I regret opening my Marth amiibo. After displaying my Megaman and Ike in boxed form I realize how much more awesome they look. Then again Marth does look fairly badass unboxed. 

What's your take...unbox and keep the box or don't unbox at all.

I keep boxed, and buy doubles of the one I want to unbox.

 
I got a call from GS saying I can pike up Ike on Wednesday and it also said it's limited to 1 per household.

I get the feeling that most people who bought Ike, likely did because that's what they're thinking... that he'll be worth a lot, just like Marth. But because so many people are gonna buy him to re-sell, he likely won't be worth that much. I stll think Dedede is gonna be the next valuable one, especially since he's been available for even shorter periods than Ike was.

 
3 meta knights just arrived from best buy. Large box. Carefully packed with the large bubble wrap. All perfect condition! Hopefully this is the case for everyone else!

This is what will happen at my store. I preordered days before that cut off, but the first batch will undoubtedly go to employee/friend pre-orders.
 
My Sonic's and Mega man's came in the mail today from Target. Perfectly package in a cardboard box bubble wrapped.

 
Rockaway NJ Best Buy: Has preorders set aside: if you have one, go to the customer service desk to claim. The clerk said she thought they had very few extras. 

 
Turned out to be a good amiibo day.  Meta Knight shipped, I was able to pick up Mega Man and Ike from Best Buy (both look awesome, will be unboxing them tonight), and my other Ike and Dedede will be at GameStop on Wednesday if I don't get around to cancelling them before then.  

I know Sonic and Mega Man are not being limited, but have they given a date for those yet?

Also, I miss Ashley from GameStop.  Amber just doesn't have the passion.

Odd one out is my Sonic preorder at GameStop, anyone heard anything there?

Ugh, fucking shit, my Best Buy order with Ike, Meta Knight, and Dedede shipped out from the same warehouse which sent me a mangled Luigi, a mangled Sonic, and another box of three where they bent Sheik to cram him in.  I don't have high hopes for any of these arriving in good condition.

For whatever it's worth, both of their online pages still say Estimated Availability 2/20/15. Considering all the phone calls so far have been for Ike & Dedede, neither of which say that anymore, there just might be something to it.

I know elsewhere in the thread here and on other forums, some people have been told their local GS may have MegaMan and Sonic as soon as tomorrow.

 
Two calls from Amber at Gamestop today for an order I placed for four figures. Dedede is in for pickup on the 25th, and Ike sometime in the Spring. Funny enough, no call about my Sonic or Mega Man that was in that order. Good thing I was able to secure Sonic, Mega Man, and Dedede from Target just in case.
