fucking awesome. Got Silver Mario and 2 Jigglies.

Everyone who wanted 2 were super cool and went to the back of the line to be sure everyone got one. Still had like 5 when I left

Why do all these amiibo babies look like they have never groomed or showered in their lives it's gross

I'm just hoping Nintendo actually meant what they said and that they end up reprinting all of these...

 
They only allowed two characters per customer at Target, but you could get back in line. I ended up with Lucina and Robin, then Jigglypuff and Silver Mario. This is a good day.
 
Just got 2 of the last 3 jiggly at Hicksville, New York target. also picked up to 2 Charizard, 2 pacman, one silver Mario and a triple pack of the squid. now to head over to Walmart or Toys R Us
 
TRU is allowing one per character. Limited restock of Marth. Tickets will be handed out prior to open. Columbus Oh. Did anyone get confirmation on FYE preorder not being filled?
 
my wife just got one jiggly for me at target, the last one. they sold out everything else.  they had the indiviual splatoon character, but decided not to take them, not a big fan and will focus only on the ones I like, ahve no money

 
I did it....I finally got one complete wave. Yay.
And I also finally have a GOOD experience:

-Got all but, inklings alone and Jigglypuff at Nintendo World.
-From there, headed straight to Target to see if there was a line.
-Decided to sit in the line with a lady who had just started it, good decision.
-People start trickling in as she tells me she called them about organizing a ticket line.
-Target guy comes out with line dividers, gives us tickets, and tells us how much of each we can have (1 amiibo per character) and how many they have.
-Got my jiggy, a robin and a lucina to trade (it was for my brother but he called me afterwards telling me he got them).
-Now waiting at Best Buy for that possible Meta Knight re-stock.

A friend of mine is waiting at TRU for me. I called them ahead of time and was told they had 12 each of Robin and Lucina, and he told me he's 13th in line. Hopefully someone is only there for Greninja  :pray:

 
Well I forgot about the release of this wave so I guess I'll miss out on silver mario. I had the rest of the wave preordered so it's real that bad.

Tickets, order, limits of 1 per character, and letting them know the total ahead of time - wish all Targets would be so kind.

Mine did that and one step further. They had the figures at the guest service counter as soon as you enter so you didn't have to worry about neckbeard sprinters.

 
I'm about the 10th person in line at the Buena Park, CA target with about two hours to go.

This line is longer than the majoras mask 3ds, which only had 2 people at 6:30am
 
local GameStop, guy comes out just as I get there and says no fire emblem characters, but 2 ness. I didn't feel like waiting an hour just to get ness so I left as did the 2 people in front of me that had been there for an hour already.
 
My Target allowed customers to buy 1 of each figure. They came out about 20min before opening to announce stock numbers so as to allow people at the back of the line an opportunity to try elsewhere. At opening,they escorted the line back to electronics to prevent skipping, and then called out as each sold out.

Of course Robin and Lucina were first to go, and then Wario. I only stick around n line since I was 23rd and knew they had 24 Jigglypuffs, but I was surprised to see that there were still about 5 left when it was my turn to check out.

I arrived at Best Buy around 8:40 and am still the only person in line. Probably because there aren't any exclusives here. For me, the siren call of GCU discount is stronger than either Ness or Greninja, it seems.

EDIT: Altamonte Springs, FL Best Buy only had 3/ea of the Lucina/Robin. Seemed like between 5 to 8 of each of the others. You'll definitely need to stand in line early at your stores to have a chance.

Went straight to Toys R Us after Best Buy, arriving at maybe 10:15 or 10:20, and wound up in line with my earlier line neighbors. They ran out of Greninja tickets right before me, but they still had a few extra figures to go around. Seems like Jigglypuff and Greninja might actually have enough stock to go around as long as you get to the respective stores by opening.

Picked up Jiggy and Silver Mario at Target. I also got Splatoon and the gun. The gun retails for 13 and our store got 2. At NWS now to pick up my 3 pack.

The inventory tracker currently claims that my local Target has 24 of Jigglypuff when they sold out an hour ago. It is apparently not real-time.

 
Got a silver Mario at my Target. There were 8 people or so. Walked in right at 8. Luckily this was the only one I wanted that wasn't preordered. They cancelled my online order a few days ago and gave me a $15 gift card, so it was free.

Wait, the Target App nonsense where they cancelled everyone's orders a couple days ago? They didn't hand out gift cards for that. What??

 
Walked into Target at opening, they limited the amiibos to just 2 per person (not 2 per figure, 2 total), then would let people back in line again. I really liked this tactic, a lot. I got there just as the line was starting to recycle and the kind guys there let me in front of them (thank you!). I really wanted Lucina and Robin but of course they were the first to go. So I grabbed a Jigglypuf and a Silver Mario. If anyone wants to trade, let me know. >_<

 
Struck out on trying to get Jigglypuff. However, hit up the Meijers in Detroit just as they were unloading their shipment. Was able to get the majoriy of releases.[attachment=14527:image.jpg][attachment=14528:image.jpg]

I sent a short email after the cancellation saying that it was ridiculous that every order was cancelled and they sent me the GC within an hour or so.
 
Got the email early this morning that my Greninja shipped from TRU. 

Heading over to Walmart at noon.  (I know they'll have nothing...)

 
I'm really hoping that these two Fire Emblem guys end up being like sheik was last wave. in that most stores were getting only four of them and everyone thought that they were rare

Just had one of the most disgusting retail experiences ever at Target. Two per person? I don't think so. This one behemoth had his entire arms filled with them. Two of each, I guess..Including Jiggly. I used to think that people were being insensitive when referring to others as "neckbeards" but it's real! I've witnessed it myself today..and never again. Honestly, the thick scent of pepperoni ass was wafting through the entire Amiibo section. :drool: 

I was eighth in a line of about 12 and I didn't get anything.. Until this kid with a Splatoon 3 pack(which is the only thing I wanted) gave me his. He wanted a Jiggly. I felt so bad, I asked him ad nauseam, probably to the point of annoyance if he was sure. He was there with his mom. Meanwhile, they had people running around with two Jigglys everywhere, I asked a few if they would part with one for the kid but they all said that the extras were for friends. I got extremely lucky. As I said earlier, never again. Strictly online for me on out and only for Amiibo that have real functionality with games, like Splatoon. And kid, if you're out there, thanks buddy.

I'll give an update on my orders. I'm in MD, right outside DC.

My BB order of Lucina left Ontario CA last night, arrived in Kentucky early this morning, then got to MD and is out for delivery. Pac Man and Charizard left California yesterday and arrived this morning in MD out for delivery. All were shipped next day air. After I posted this Robin and Wario just shipped today, but no tracking info yet.

My GS Ness and Splatoon 3 pack order shipped yesterday from Kentucky, scheduled for delivery Monday.

My Target Jigglypuff shipped Wendsday from MO and is scheduled to arrive Tuesday.

Don't care about Silver Mario, so just have to pray I can grab a Greninja later this evening at TRU. If anything at least I have an extra Lucario and Pit I can always trade if need be.

Target in Dover, DE did 2 (total) per person.  Got Jiggly and Wario.  I took a wrong turn and ended up being 15th in line, Lucina went OOS 12th and Robin went OOS 14th.  Will be attempting TRU and BBY in a few minutes.
