What a day! So I go to Best Buy 15 mins after opening, heard they were sold out and promptly left. My parents and sister were going to the same shopping center and I told my sister just check again cause hey you never know. I told her to ask them to check the back and they did. After 30 mins they found 2 more in stock. She didn't hesitate and bought 1 of the 2. Man am I happy!

 
Not just mobile, it's on PC too.  At least that's how I just got mine.

Glad I got one after the shitty stock the store had.

I wonder if BB wil cancel multiple orders like they didn't do in the past...

I got back from lunch and saw various tweets about it being online.  I tehn setup c4c (1sec) and within one reload it alerted me!

whew, I was just getting ready to leave and refreshed one more time! I live 3 hours from a BestBuy, Target, or Gamestop so these exclusives have been the hardest... :)

 
Can't believe I actually got Dark Pit that easy! I wasn't going to miss work to trek all the way to BB today so this was an unexpected, awesome surprise.
 
Eventhough I already bought one at scalper prices, grabbed one for possible future trades, thx!  Nice lying on Best Buy's part though with the store only BS.

It was up for 25 minutes.  With a "coming very soon" announcement from Best Buy Twitter an hour ago.

My email confirmation came at 1:12 PM so it lasted about 20-25 minutes.

Now to worry about packaging. I remember several Meta Knights came in bubble mailers...

woops, yeah. corrected that ;) I was looking at the wrong post at the time.

It was purchasable from 3:06 to 3:31pm CST. The first 5ish minutes it was available on mobile only. After that, the desktop browsers had add to cart functioning properly.

(I post these because people love to argue over how long a drop was available. now it's in writing and can be referenced!)

I received confirmation email at the 7 minute mark. I ordered on desktop right as I got a C4C alert. As mentioned before, I had setup the alert seconds early at a 1sec reload time. Lastly CDT not CST :)

 
What a relief. I was so bummed I couldn't make it to a store because of work. I managed to get in two orders for one, one for me and one for a friend.

Yeah, I guess I understand why they said it wouldn't be available, to get foot traffic in the stores. That being said, the way these things are selling they would have gotten the traffic regardless I think.

Nope. I just got home from work a bit ago (just before 4PM CST) and on the train, I called 3 BBYs and all 3 sold out soon after opening. The 2nd one I called, I started to ask "Do you have..." and was cut-off before the lady said, "We're out of Dark Pit." :lol:

Oh well...

It's up on BB right now! If not I placed an extra one for you a while ago but it will be cheaper if you get it yourself.
