As long as my BB order doesn't get cancelled again, I should have two Pits and Falcons, so would be willing to trade for any of the Wave 1 Big 3 or Rosalina/Lucario. Mostly just trying to collect these things, so if no takers will just be giving the extras to my friends as late Christmas gifts.

Pit is in stock at Amazon for 11.35 from a 3rd party seller with over 8500 ratings and 4.7 stars. Ships in 4 to 5 days. 7 dollar shipping, but 18-19 bucks for Pit ain't bad if you're looking.

Is there an easy way to determine what some of these have been selling for on average recently on ebay? I'm curious as to whether the big 3 from Wave 1 are staying around the same price from 3rd party sellers or if they are continuing to increase...

I'm not sure. I keep checking the ended items listings if that's what you mean. Villager is rising up I know. I'd guess the other 2 are as well.

 
It's not like they're becoming any less rare. Unless Nintendo makes a second run, I don't see the three amiibos ever bottoming out.

I'm sure that they'll hit a cap though, probably whenever we're considered at the hight of the amiibo craze.
 
Does anyone know if best buy is blocking Luigi sales at the register?  The site shows in stock at all of the locations around me, but it won't allow me to add to cart.

I want to pick him and Mario up, but I don't want to waste my time if I can't get both in 1 trip.

High demand item they do not let you do in store pickup. Call your local bestbuy make sure they have Luigi ' before you head out. You can buy many as you can ;)

Yeah, they will from my experience. I brought one of two up to the register on Sunday, and after she scanned it, she looked at me like I had a tiny ween, and said "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do.". Then they escorted him to the back. The 30th sounds like a good time to go, but there's probably gonna be kind of fuck ery...because amiibos.

Yeah those 2 look to be the really common ones for wave 2. And Diddy doesn't seem very hard to find either if you look.

I don't know if Little Mac has popped up anywhere in the last couple days.

Poor luigi can't even catch a break in toy form. He is currently selling for $11.10 on Amazon. He can't even get full price!

There's an option on eBay to see completed "sold items". That lets you see what a particular item has been selling at.
 
Wishing everyone good luck today. I myself, have a very low expectation lead on Pit at alocal Gamestop, which I know wont end well. Will find out in 30mins. Also might give Nintendo World a call today in the afternoon to see if they restocked Pit/Falcon.

These 2 are becoming a nightmare for me. I mean I got the holy trinity much easier than these !
 
I'm starting to think I'm not going to find a Little Mac. Seeing hundreds of them listed on eBay is both disheartening and infuriating.
 
Went to Target this morning and was finally able to get Captain Falcon!! It was strange how happy I was to find this figure. Got one for the woman I teamed up with to find him and Pit. She drove to Target instantly to get him.

TRU still never got either in and said there are no more shipments until after xmas.

I know this doesn't help, but I just returned one. I wanted to secure one so ordered 2. The first one came in so I returned the second one. I Don't like to price hike people for sh*t like this, I love this stuff too.
 
I just need captain falcon for wave 2. Got pit on amazon for 18 and luigi from best buy but he hasn't been shipped.

Are any of the wave 1 becoming rare besides the 3?

 
As far as Gamestop is concerned, they received shipments yesterday around 10:30 or so.  Start checking the instore selections for the particular amiibo's around 10:00 and hopefully they'll start showing up again.  

 
If you guys have a local Fry's Electronics, might want to check that and TRU out also.  They have a bunch of Wave 2 figs over the weekend.  

 
Are the same ones Japanese series rare as the US ones? I'm sorry if this was answered earlier, I haven't seen it. 

 
so is it safe to say that if you didn't get the 3 amiibros on launch day or you weren't at the nintedoworld store just recently that you are "sol?"
