Looks like the B&H pages for Marth and Villager are down now.  Literally one minute after I got my order in!  I'm forgot to switch it to free shipping, but I'm 95% sure the orders get cancelled anyways. 

EDIT- switched from Chrome to Firefox and the pages loaded again

IF somehow magically they do honor all of these orders, expect the eBay price to drop severely when thousands of them are posted at once...

Of course none of us are resellers, so I guess that doesn't apply anyways ;)

Strange things with Rosalina going on at target, may be able to preorder soon. Before said unable to add to cart, now saying reached limit (0 on cart still). Pre order button red and clickable

I'm using Amazon Global. Yeah, it's more expensive, but as someone who orders anime figurines from Japan on a regular basis, I've gotten used to it (not to mention the fact that I'd like to get the package ASAP).

 
I highly doubt any of the B&H orders will be fulfilled, especially because its still available. I really want a Marth though for my Ike though  :D

I really hate what Target is doing with Rosalina. I bet that is going to be a mess. Maybe the stores will get a ton of them though.

You guys do realize that all the exclusives will be produced in the same quantities right? One is not going to be more rare than the other. The only difference is bestbuy/GameStop already sold most of theirs while target is saving them for release. It's not going to be harder to get than any of the other ones.

Considering what each chain has to pay Nintendo I think they will be allowed to order whatever they want.

Considering the fact that nintendo can't even get them stock on other rare amiibos stores want, I doubt the stores have any say in how many they are getting. Nintendo can't make millions of them, there is definitely a limit

Well ordered 1 of each of the three amiibros/holy trinity etc from b&h. Now only thing from wave 3 i need to find is going to be shulk and lucardio as I missed out on both but did preorder ros and meta. 

Is there any chance to find either of them in store?

cancelled my bhphoto backorders :\ found out they are just one of those sites that likes to have things listed for backorder. On Order also means backorder just for people thinking its a sign of hope. GL to everyone else who have the patients to wait.

Pit was just up on Amazon with a delivery date of January 18th. Anyone get in on that? Every time I added to cart it said my cart was empty.

Just spoke to B&H and they told me they expect to receive all the amiibo's i ordered in stock and it was not a website error, I'm going to hold out till February and hope this is true. Gives me a little bit of hope.

it was a cs rep lol they read from a script which mean there words are worthless idk why people keep believing everything a cs rep tell them regardless of retailer. The cs rep probably looked and seen it said backorder and thought well we are taking orders so that must mean we are getting more and just relay that to the customer without even checking with someone else

Well yeah, or if you wanna be sinister they're playing you along cause they already have your money. Who knows though, I'm banking on tomorrow having the big 3 at the nintendo store.

 
FYI this might be new, Gamestop online is sold out for wave 3 pre-orders and my local Gamestop cut off pre-orders also today.  Is there anyone still doing pre-orders left?  Excluding B&H which I don't have much faith in them having amiibos.

 
The common first wave amiibos (except Mario) are saying "New Item, Available for pre-order" on B&H now with an expected availability of February 02 2015.
