Just ordered two online, thank you for posting that man.  Thank god I didn't waste my time with the stores, it would of been a fail for me.  Just hope my order doesn't get canceled. 

Funny thing is I was taking a dump, decided to read some posts here, and once I saw someone mention she was online, I wiped my ass super quick, got on the comp, ordered her, couple of pj pants for my mom, and a cd to get the free shipping.  Might have to wipe my ass some more though but thanks man, you made my DAMN DAY!

Ah, that's cool. I only got one extra, but went to see if I could move the counter up and it lets you from the order page. Didn't take it all the way though checkout since I already got my 1!

The guy who bought hundreds of Rosalina's was the topic of the line when I was in Target this morning. I can't remember where that story was posted, or even if it was true. But that guy is a legend now.
 
Went in the morning and they had the scrubs waiting outside entrance and I went in through the parking entrance

loled couldn't even find the electronics section and still managed to get Toon & Luma.

I'm thinking that might be the case. Pre-release, she was super hyped because she was so hard to pre-order. But now, given how most stores got way more Rosalinas than they did Shiek, Toon Link or Bowser, the hype will die down. I'm sure she'll still be just as rare as any of the other store exclusives though.

My money is on Shulk being the rarest. GS is the smallest of the "exclusives" store and they don't make their money on new merchandise.

 
Just got to target. They said there were at least 20 people at 6:30am.

All Rosalinas sold out and most didn't get one. I grabbed a bowser. Toon link was gone too
 
Feel bad for those that are spending 50, 60 and 70 bucks on her on ebay.  Saw the bids today, I was there shaking my damn head.  Could of spent that money on 3 of her and a movie to snatch the free shipping. 

 
What a day. Will make my story short and sweet. This is in regards to the Queens Blvd Target in NY. 
Got there at 5:45am. 2 people there, my friends who I knew would be. Stood just us 3 for quite awhile. People slowly started arriving. Around 7:45 about 20ish people online. Everyone civil, talking, friendly.
Finally 'tough guy' shows up and walks right in front. Starts cursing at everone saying he will not respect the line and plans to run as soon as the gate opens. Yelling and threats ensue with everyone. Gates up, the entire line, otherwise nice and orderly, becomes chaos, everyone runs. 
Long story short .. Us 3 went to the front since we deserved to be there. No one said anything because they knew. Everyone else scattered. Most who rightfully should have gotten one, didnt. 'Tough guy' does manage to get one, as well as the girl he was with. No way he should have, he was around 30th at least.
Overall, 24 Rosalina. 4 Sheik. 4 Toon Link. Maybe 8 Bowser. Everything gone in less than 15 minutes.
Stood and filed multiple complaints afterwards, spoke to the top most manager on duty. Suggested ticket system for the future. Explained everything etc.... Felt bad for the whole experience.
*sigh* C'mon people... Its a piece of plastic :/

I wish that guy tried that shit here as he would have been put in his damn place. I would have gotten in his face and made sure he was not getting one and sometimes you need one person to stand up to a bully and that unifies everyone because it is that first person that has to stand up in a hostile situation. If an incident happens, you have so many witnesses and this guy would not only NOT get one, but if the police or Target management were involved, it would have ruined his day as he is escorted off. I know the people would stand up for the person who stood up to the bully and they would have gotten their Amiibo(s) for doing what's right, especially if you do not get physical. How do I know? I had this exact same thing happen before for the Wii console release, the Super Smash Brothers gold coin giveaway and the first iPad and I was in the total right and they were in the wrong. Every single time the person standing up to an asshole rallies everyone and if the douche touches you...lawsuit, but it is always seems to be more bark than bite.

I would expect Target to get more Rosalinas than other Amiibos because they are the exclusive seller (besides Nintendo Store) and Nintendo doesnt have to send to multiple retailers.

 
Wow, that's a relief. Wasn't sure if I could get an Rosalina order in online after striking out at an actual store this morning but I was just refreshing the Target site and there she was. Now I won't have to brave the snow storm we're getting tomorrow when my local Target's open (they're closed on Sundays).

I got one through mail when I placed an order that day it was up for like 30 min. It came with a paper inside the package that wont brush off and the plastic itself was cracked open. 

Went to the closest target and there was 7 people. Enough for everyone to get 2. My sis went with me so I got 3. 

Anyone up for trade? I still want the Holy Trinity, USA package.

 
I knew these weren't going to be rare, that's not the way Target does things.  I remember people claiming the $40 3D lego movie on BF that Target was selling for like $7 or something would be limited quantities.  Meanwhile the store had like 100 of them.

I went to pick up my pre-orders (Sheik, Toon Link, Bowser) at Best Buy. A line of 14 people were lined up thinking Meta Knight was in stock today  :lol:. They all rushed to the amiibo section once the door opened and asked one of the clerks where Meta Knight was. The look on their faces when the employee said there were no Meta Knights was priceless. Adding more salt to the wound, all of their wave 3 amiibos were only for pre-orders except Bowser. Apparently, I was the only one that pre-ordered anything there.  :D
