Charizard is common amiibo unless store exclusive. Million pokemon fans will pick it up, I don't worry that much. Only 3 I cares is lucina, nes and Robin and possibly wario.

I care about Charizard Lucina and Ness from this wave but I'll still try for all 6.

The characters I want in future waves are Greninja Zero Suit Samus Dark Pit Jigglypuff and Mewtwo.

 
I just received shipping confirmation from Wal-Mart.com for Toon Link and Bowser. My Sheik is coming through Gamestop along with Shulk.

From what I've heard of Walmart's business practices... I'd say they demanded more of a production run than Nintendo was willing to do, like enough to fill all preorders and actually have some to stock on the shelves for a few weeks/months

But then I checked today and I could get one delivered on Friday...They never updated my orders, so I just cancelled them.

for anyone in massachusetts, I was just at the stoughton target, they are limiting 1 per customer on Rosalina.. and had a bunch of them in stock still.  I picked one up.

So is the delay for Toon Link a universal thing?? I went to my local target yesterday and they had one left that I picked up. It was really the only Amiibo I really wanted.
 
My preordered Shiek and Sonic are scheduled for March 2 delivery. No updates on Mega Man, Dedede, or Ike. Shame I work on Fridays, otherwise I'd just say screw the preorders and go to GS before opening and buy one of each. I'll see if they have any left late afternoon when I pick up my pre-ordered Shulk, but I'd be shocked.

I missed a bunch of today's conversation due to work.  Saw some people mentioning 48 hour GameStop holds and such.  Is there an update on the "closed" situation?  Has GameStop mentioned receiving and fulfilling Sheik and Toon Link?

it's weird that this series is the same packaging in the usa and europe.. they aren't numbered on the amazon.co.uk or amazon.fr page like the other amiibos.

Toad is still up on those pages if anyone missed out on the usa amazon one.

I remember someone saying a while back that as long as your "closed" order had a price on it, it should be fine. Most canceled ones would be $0.00. And yeah, it seems Rosalina has completely disappeared from the website.

Rosalina will either get a reprint or they will release a new design with the mario series. She is one of the mario party 10 characters that unlocks stuff.

I've got high-res shots of the whole Super Mario series up on amiibros. :)
Plus you can see a close-up of the loose figures if you hover your mouse over the boxed pic on each individual figure's page.

In other news, I got my Toon Links from Best Buy today - he looks awesome! :D

I think they're more likely to put her in a different line because then they can probably reprint her without messing with the contract they have with Target over the figure.

In screens for mario party 10 it shows her new design. No Luma and it looks a lot like the Mario series peach. Also shows a chest beating DK, plumber attire Wario, toadette, and although they haven't showed off trophy versions yet I'm assuming daisy and waluigi will get series 2 amiibos as well.

I'm assuming that no Rosalina reprint, and eventually smash versions of common characters will be phased out.

i doubt it. Rosalina is only used as a game piece in mario party, she doesn't unlock a gameboard like the other figures. I don't think they will care enough to reprint her just for that.
