Has anyone replaced their entire analog stick (not just the nub). Mine has been acting up on me. I ordered one off eBay, but not sure if I will be able to swap it out with the current one. I realize if I open up my PSP, I void my warranty, but mine is probably expired anyway as i've had my PSP for close to two years.
