This made me thought I won, but I looked at the guy's Twitter and can't even find where he tweeted the winner.

Sounds like my twitter account. Now that makes me want to frantically check to see who it was. ¬_¬

I figured he'd announce it on his facebook page or update the giveaway app to list the winner, but I guess not.
