Any cheap ninja costumes?

Does anyone know of any cheap ninja costumes or a good way to make your own? I'm getting a bunch of people to dress up as ninjas and do caroling for Christmas so something you can breath easy in is a plus.

You can actually make a pretty decent ninja hood from a regular t-shirt. In fact I learned of this technique from the Ninja Gaiden Video Review over at Gamespot. Here's a link:

A square of black cloth works even better, but I forget what the dimensions were. It follows the same principles as the gamespot review.
