It actually came up on the list of items being put on sale with the TRU sale that is upcoming/starting today. Its rather YMMV for now, so who knows.
Either way, it lists both the card and the 3 month starter kit.

I've got a 3-month Xbox Live package you could have for $15 plus shipping. It's was marked way down at Sears and I felt compelled to secure it even though I'm an Xbox Live user.
