Looking to get a deal on SSX new, preferably for PS3 but I would take a 360 version if the price is decent?

The cheapest I see is on Amazon for ~$37
 
Gamefly has it used for $15 right now. I've never gotten a game from them that wasn't in excellent condition. For that price I'd think about not buying new.

All games from GameFly come with the online pass. I never buy new anymore.
 
GameFly's games always come in fantastic condition and have all the codes that came with the game originally.

This is the best deal you're going to find, aside from back when Best Buy had it for $10 after a coupon.
