I just bought a Wii that didn't come with any cables. I just bought generic/OEM component cable, sensor bar, and power cable.
The power sensor bar I kinda worry will be flaky/inaccurate but I made sure it's wired, and the power cable i'll be sure to leave unplugged at night for fear of fires
However the Wiimote + Nunchuck I must have genuine. Do any of you CAG'ers know any good deals? They don't have to be together as I do not mind buying them alone.
