Looking to buy a Ps3 console (having sold a media PC), any good deals you know of? The console can be pre-owned or otherwise, any hdd size (i can swap it out anyway).

Just looking for best price really.

most retailers seem to effectively "anticipate" the price cut expected for spring 09 at most
it's a cut around 50/60 eur in EU mainland (i see italian retail prices...)

UK market is much much better, with lower prices and striking deals all around.
i'd suggest keeping an eye on hotukdeals.com

as far as it goes, i've never (never) seen any price cut stopped or delayed by currency dynamics, even fast moving ones...
there WILL be a cut, infact it's mostly anticipated in many retail outlets.
just a matter of when
