Any idea why 1 episode of a TV show would be missing from the marketplace?

Just curious if anyone would know why, but they have Pushing Daisies season 2 up to download on the video marketplace, and they have all the current episodes except 5. Why would they be missing an episode? They have 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9

Just wondering if I can expect it to pop up or not bother downloading anymore since i'll just get the dvd at somepoint to have all episodes then.

Hmmm, I saw it when it aired on tv but i don't recall anything. This show doesn't use music besides the usual made for the show type as far as I can tell too.
