Any thoughts on this PC?

CAGiversary!
I'm about to build a computer for my brother, and I was wondering if anyone had any feedback before he committed his money.

He is looking in the 400 dollar range. He already has a monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. He also stated that he wanted a slim case. So those are the parameters I was working under.

He is mostly interested in doing not-really-intense graphic design stuff and less so gaming.

Here is what I came up with:

I guess the biggest questions I have are:
1) I have no experience with slim cases - I am assuming that you need a low profile video card?
2) Is that 300W Power Supply enough for all of those parts?

Please let me know what you all think! I appreciate the help!

1) You are correct, and the video card you picked out is perfect for the build, especially when you say your brother doesn't game much.

2) It is more than enough to fuel the parts.

Your build is very good, I don't think I can do a better one at your price range with the slim case style.

Thanks for the response! I think we're going to go ahead with this build then. He says that as long as it runs Guild Wars 2 when it comes out (which it definitely should), he's ok with it.

Does it have to be a micro ATX? That's a silly requirement if he's wanting to play games on it. It will severely limit future upgradability for not much cost savings. If I were him, I'd get a mid ATX case and a motherboard with the rest unchanged. When he decides to upgrade, he can just pop in a new video card and/or CPU and be very happy. As it is, he's at a dead end with respect to video cards in that case.

The 4650 is perfect for this, I think he'll be fine.

@OP, I think that's a great build. The 300W should be fine, and it should be fairly dependable coming from Rosewill.
