My friend's b0day is coming up, and he loves soccer. So why not give him one of the best soccer sims out there? The price tag. 40 bucks is kind of a lot, but I'll pay it if needed. Has anyone seen any deals for this game?

Yeah it says thursday at 4 pm, if you go online to outpost.com the Ps2 is listed at $29.99 when you click on the link, but if you add it to the cart it says $39.99.
