I followed all of the instructions to keep my online access, but haven't been able to get at my account for 2 weeks now. I have no idea if my last paycheck got deposited, if my mortgage was paid and if my credit cards were paid. Local branches are no help either. This is seriously the worst merger I've ever been through.
Anybody bank with M&I now BMO Harris?

The day before the website changed over to BMO, my wife put in an EFT to transfer money to my account at another bank. The next day there was no record of the transaction. We kept watching and each day it was more and more apparent that the transaction was just simply lost. So I agree. Banks suck.
