Anyone ever work at/been to iSold-it? (eBay dropoff)

A new franchise called iSold-it just opened near me and they are hiring. I was wondering if any of you guys have this franchise near our area? If so, how is it? Does it seem like a cool place? DETAILS please...
 
I walked by it, it seemed interesting. From what I could tell you give them the item and they handle everything from auction making to shipping.

Seems like a good service. One of those, we all probably thought about it but no one really did it.
 
I went into one of their stores to buy stuff, like shoes with goldfish in them. The bitch wouldn't them to me. She was talking about this gayporn site, ebay or something and how I had to buy it from that site. I just didn't understand why you wouldn't sell me the stuff if it is for sale in the store. I just want to take them home and wear them.
 
We got a flyer at work when an I-Sold-It opened about a block away.

Basically, you drop off your stuff, and they do all the work- the list it, they deal with the moron Ebay shoppers, they ship it when it sells.

BUT- the commssion is nuts. Like 30%. You've gotta be damn lazy, or have a truckload of crap to sell to bother with these guys.

Or really old and don't want to learn how to use those newfangled satan boxes.

Somebody had a great idea in making it though, I wonder how good their business is.

Possibly going well, most people who want to sell stuff on ebay want it to look as 'professional' as possible. So they'd drop off their junk and hope it sells good.

If it were me, I'd rack up the selling costs with trivial crap, 10 images of the same product, bold featured items, if it makes it cost a lot I'd do it.

Then charge 25% to be better than the other guys.
