I just put KalemSoft's NesEm on my Treo 650 and it rocks! I think this is the best emulator, certainly the best NES emulator I've seen! I'm in love with Bionic Commando, Battletoads and Mega Man II all over again!

There are also a few places that have full cracked apps, but you'll have to search for them.
