This is a story of what happened around me while getting my Wii today, if you don't care, don't want to post your story, or just don't want to waste your time reading, then this isn't the thread for you. ^^b
I felt I had to share my weird encounters while trying to obtain my Nintendo Wii with everyone here and maybe seeing if anything else happened to anyone else, or if anyone saw anything weird happen.
So I get to the mall about 40 mins before the store opens, pull out my DS, and go tetris crazy all up in that piece. Everything is fine untill 2 couples come around and I hear both guys yelling and making a scene, but I keep concentrating on my ferocious game of tetris. Anyways, these idiots go up to the store, start banging on the door, and they start asking the stupidest questions. If having my peace disturbed wasn't bad enough, one of the guys who thinks he's funny looks at me and says "I should take that game away from you", I look at him burst out a fake laugh and I follow it with a "
off idiot, you're the only one laughing at your bad sense of humor".
So thats all done and finished with, I keep playing tetris, wait till the store opens, listen to some idiot talk crap about nintendo cause he drove his friend to get it and could care less himself, followed by me getting my Wii and walking out.
But here comes the second part. I'm walking out and I parked in the not so busiest lot in the mall, which was idiotic of me but I didn't want alot of people seeing me walk out with a bag worthy of 500+ dollars. Anyways, I'm walking to my car when a strange ass looking car pulls up. I stop, call my friend while waiting for them to leave, and they wern't leaving. I got lucky enough that there was a couple walking by and I asked them to escort me to the car. They agree'd that the car was suspicious and following me from afar, so they helped me out and in return I followed them in my car while they walked to thiers. My dad told me to take someone or him if I couldnt get a friend to go but I was stubborn and said "wtf can happen", yeah I saw what could happen. o_o
All in all those are my 2 mini tales, I thought this would be easier than it was, but I was misleading myself. I did end up with my console tho and I'm blown away by it in general. Just happy to have it and play it, hope all of you are as well and not thinking of selling it. Happy gaming! ^^b
