Anyway to block twitter feed on main page?

I know on CAG 2.0 there was a way to block the twitter feed on the main page, is there a similar way to block it on 3.0?

Actually I just fixed the problem.  You can use AdBlock to block the twitter feed on the main page by calling it an ad.  This can atleast serve as a fix until is addressed.
