are all 2016 tv only does Refresh Rate at 120 Hz

I looked online and all I see is refreash rate of 120 hz no 240 hz or higher

 

 

 
I think increasing refresh rates kind of went to the side with consumers asking typically for better color and better resolution. That being said, maybe a plasma TV would have what you're looking for, but I'm not even sure any companies still make them.

Also, I think I may have had a stroke while reading your title.
