Are there any "fat people" superheroes?

I remember seeing an old comic book in our closet that had a bunch of odd looking superheros, and one was a kinda large woman in a Superman-like costume, flying on the cover, with the other ones.

yeah, to be honest, the blob is who came to mind here as well, but then I remembered that terrible "Who wants to be a superhero" show.

Big Bertha is a mutant

former model Ashley Crawford, who could transform into an incredibly fat (but also incredibly strong) version of herself. She must vomit before she can return to normal. This spoofs the cliche that models often suffer from bulimia. Her agent is puzzled why such a sexy woman like her staunchly refuses to leave the less-than-glamorous city of Milwaukee and constantly snubs photo sessions in Rome or Paris.

Oddly enough, the Legion of Superheroes's Matter-Eater Lad, who could consume anything and had a seemingly endless capacity, always cut a trim figure.

He never had much worth in the Legion but he would have made a great ally for Magnus, Robot Fighter. At least as long as the robots weren't granted sentient status, making their consumption murder.
