I just beat the main game, but I realized I can't replay past DNA sequences. If I buy the DLC, will I have to play through the entire game again?
 
No, it'll unlock those two sequences for you to play though. I agree and hate how you can't go back and play old missions. I want to just go around redoing some of them just because I find the game so much fun. I can only harass the guards so much before I become bored.
