Question is, will Amazon or Steam themselves have the PC/Steam version for less or the same on Black Friday or during the holiday sale, or is this the lowest it'll go?

I'm planning to wait, with fingers crossed, but if I end up paying more, I'm going to kick myself.  As much as I want to play this, I still need to buy and play Revelations and 3 (also hoping for BF/holiday Steam sales on them!).
