I've heard people say that they've gotten their 800 MS Points back from Xbox Live Arcade by complaining about the on-line co-op in Assault Heroes (it basically flat-out doesn't work; there's an especially heated thread about this on Sierra's website).
Anyone had any luck with this? Apparently email alone won't do it, you have to talk to someone on the phone (1-800-4-MY-XBOX I imagine).
