ATI TV Tuner Problem

I have an ati all in wonder 9000 graphics card and im having trouble configuring the settings for the tv tuner. Whenever I record something the sound is always much lower than live tv, too low even for headphones. Ive tried messing with the pvr settings but nothing has changed. If anyone can tell me how to fix this, I would appreciate it.

I have an ATI 9600 AIW and the sound output goes directly into my soundcard IN jack. to increase the volume you have to change the LINE-IN pot in the windows volume control, or whatever program is controling your sound card audio settings.
