I logged into the PS Store yesterday and it shows these prices as being the new prices...  

I thought they were part of a big sale 2 weeks ago?  In reality, are these the new price points?

There's a thread in the deals forum that collects notes what are sales and what are permanent price drops. None of the Atlus games are permanent price drops.
