Auction related question: shipping boxes

I'm going to be placing a large amount of stuff on ebay in the coming weeks. Items will vary from games, movies, toys+collectibles, comics, etc.

I've been saving boxes from my Amazon purchases when I can, but the fact remains is that I need to acquire a lot of boxes for shipping. I'd need varying sizes, but the most would be in the medium-small range. Think DVD box sets.

There is always priority mail boxes, but then I'm automatically charging a little more on shipping, which sometimes means less in bidding. Also, tossing in padding to their boxes means I end up paying more than I charged for shipping.

What is the best way for a cheap ass to get some boxes and sell this stuff without losing money on shipping?

Ship them media mail or pacel post. It may take a long time, but they are little cheaper than priority mail. You can also use UPS. They are also cheaper if the boxes are large.
