So I really needed xbox component cables and the specific psyclones I wanted were out EVERYWHERE I looked, but I eventually found this on ebay:

Oh monster, you tricky devil. It doesn't have optical out. You need some kind of adapter to change the little hole TO regular toslink, which they then sold:

Now I already bought an extra optical cable for my xbox, for like 3 dollars. I don't want to spend 20 more dollars just for a little adapter. I already spent too much on the component cables. 3.5mm is too big to fit into the hole on the cables, do I maybe need these:

Is fiber optic smaller than a 3.5mm jack("mini" adapter)? I don't see a size anywhere..or is it just a different way to say the same thing? Maybe the adapter with the monster optical cable is proprietary? Looking for knowledge!
