Avatar and CML Link not showing

Excuse me if this is posted somewhere I am having a hard time navigating the FAQ and all searches bring up multiple unrelated posts.

I have an avatar hosted elsewhere that is not appearing after editing and my CML link is also not showing up next to my post.

Do I not have enough posts for such features [saw nothing saying otherwise] or does this take some time to transfer onto my posts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Guess I was thinking the "Profile Picture" was for the avatar picture as well. Yay my avatar is here!
