I don't think this is out yet. I been looking for it as well and can't find it anywhere. Netflix also doesn't have it and only saves it to your Q with no date available.

Are you talking about the film from Ryuhei Kitamura?
If you are, its a decent flick (though one of the guys is a complete dumbass in it) with a really cool scene at a riverbank. The US release is supposed to be cut and the blood is toned down. Shit this film has been out for almost 4 years, why are you guys now looking for it? You can pick up cheap legit copies in your local Neo-Tokyo or online.
oh and you might want to stay away from the second one, I thought it was a bore (though to be fair, the first one lags at almost 3 hours) and found it to be a let down in the same line as the second Lady Snowblood film (it was nice to see what happens after the first film but its hard to keep your eyes open as you watch it)
