(Back in Stock) Amazon - Xbox 360 Midi PRO-Adapter $39.99

no words on the Ps3 Ones yet?.

Anyone know if any Bass made by Yamaha is compatible with the Midi-pro?
I have quite a few of them.

And what's the deal with the shortage of these from retailers? Gamestop doesn't seem to carry them (at least the ones around me) and bestbuy/Frys doesn't have them either.

I would assume the shortage is due to the new squier guitar for rock band 3 pro mode that was recently released.

Sweet, thanks for the heads up. I've been planning to get this so I can get some usage out of my MIDI controller.

These were in stock for a few hours the other day, and I hesitated. Now I have one on the way. I thought maybe they would be producing these now that the squire is out, but still no PS3 ones and the 360 ones ran out quickly, so I assume with the music genre declining, these are only going to get harder to find.

The reason you can't find any for the PS3 is because people are buying them as quickly as stores get them in stock and reselling them on eBay and Amazon.

Can you use this with any Stratocaster? Thanks in advance.

Love,

Ignorant 'Old Guy.'

EDIT: Nevermind. MIDI-compatible it is. I thought that this might just capture the pitches and instantly translate them to the game.

Question... I already have one for my Squire... but am planning on getting the Ion drum kit as well... are these needed for that????

Well... from what I can find it depends. Stock setup no, but if upgrading certain parts or the "brain" later, the perhaps yes. So I bought a second adapter just in case. Plus there's a chance I'll find myself a midi keyboard or something too and since only myself and the wife play this game I really only need two adapters at any given time. :)
