Batman Arkham Asylum Jokers Teeth HELP!

I am going back to get the Jokers Teeth in the BOTANICLE GARDENS, I have already beat the game. And I know that in order to get the last jokers teeth I have to shut down the electified floor in the flooded Corridor. Some how I managed to not do this.
I have gone back to the glasshouse generator room and turned off the power there but nothing, the floor is still electrified.
Please someone, How do I turn off this electrified floor in the flooded corridor? (I am going crazy!)
