Battlefield 4 multiplayer on PS4 - working yet or no?

Hey guys, I've been holding off on getting this game because of all the negative press the multiplayer got and a few trusted friends of mine reported it was flat out unplayable. It's been almost two months since the PS4 and BF4 were released, so I was wondering if it was finally stable enough to buy. I've grown weary of COD not having suppression or destructive environs, to say the least.

I played a few hours last week and had no issues, besides getting my ass kicked.

Another patch is incoming within the next week or two. At this point the game is definitely more stable after the Dec 17 update.

Definitely recommend it if you're bored of COD ghosts

Works sometimes, get some very bad lag though which makes it basically unplayable..

I've had no problems in multiplayer, but the fn single player my progress keeps getting set back. As far as I understand the latest patch doesn't help with the single player saves.
