Battlefield Hardline out March 17th

Was able to play a couple games with my friend last night, and that made a world of difference on Hotwire. It seriously felt like an entirely new game from when I tried to play solo. It definitely feels like Need for Speed with guns when you're playing the objectives and not just trolling for XP the entire game as I feel most people do.

Two things I'm not sure on still - how do you get the trunk RPG/SMAW? I can't figure out where to activate that. I also don't understand how to switch seats in the car. Pretty sure I pressed every button on the controller to no avail.

Other than that, I'm really starting to enjoy the game and the various game modes.

RPGs are a purchasable upgrade for vehicles, I think it's in the customize screen before you spawn.

Press A to switch seats inside the vehicle.

Awesome, thanks! Don't know how I missed pressing A lol thought I did a bunch of times.

Now, what happens when you switch away from the RPG? I was driving and saw a guy on foot, so I switched to the passenger side, but I had my RPG equipped.. When I switched to my gun and killed him I couldn't get it back. What gives? Also, how many times per game is the RPG good for? I had it like twice and couldn't get it out of the back anymore.

Did you buy it for both the coupe and sedan? You get it out of the back once per car, so if you need a new one just get it from another car. If you switch weapons you will drop it and need to pick it back up, same with LMGs, stingers, grapples, etc.

You can get it more than once. There is like a 3 or 4 minute respawn time. All I play is Hotwire. I'm a level 91 with like 110 hours in the game lol.

oh good to know lmao I don't think I ever had a car last that long unless I was in/driving an objective vehicle

There’s been a recent uptick in reports in the local precincts – a rash of violent crime that is seemingly connected somehow.

Small crews of well-trained, aggressive criminals have been using force of arms to terrorize the citizenry and are in direct conflict with the police in many cases. Public property damages and insurance claims have skyrocketed, not to mention the impact on the police force.

Detectives have uncovered evidence of a secret crime ring that could be behind all of this activity. They’re not sure why anyone would coordinate these goals – in a number of cases, the take seems to be smaller than the risk. But, orders have come down the chain to find out what’s going on and put a stop to it. Will you help the police?

The goods in Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity.

  • Four fast-paced new maps – Backwoods, Code Blue, The Beat and Black Friday
  • Two new rides
  • Two new ammunition types for specific weapons
  • A new gadget
  • Three new weapons
  • A nailgun battlepickup
  • New Bounty Hunter game mode
  • Six new masks: two animal masks, and four new police headgear options
Available for early access in June.
