Battlestar Galactica Blu-ray sets Clarification

I use to own the dvd sets but sold them in hopes for a sale on the Complete series set going on sale. It hasn't yet but I noticed that the individual blu-rays are on sale and on backorder.

Anyways for the dvds, seasons 2 and 4 were split into two sets each (2.0, 2.5, 4.0 and 4.5). I was wondering if the blu-ray version are the same split or condensed?

I'm confused by the number of BSG products out there. What do I need to buy to own the entire series on Blu-ray? Here's what I've bought from Walmart:

Season One
Season Two
Season Three
Season Four
Season 4.5
The Plan

From what I can gather, Razor is included in Season Four, is that correct?

And is there anything exclusive to the complete box set?
 
You don't even need to buy Season 4.5, Season Four is the full season set. It was release after 4.5, weird...
