BB Hd-dvds $10.49 online maybe B&M
These prices combined with the few coupons floating around make some decent deals...
Link to said coupons? :applause:

Good deals, I wish there was a way to get free shipping on the website. I'll see if they will match it in store, but I dunno how that will go. Will report back.

Bring printouts, but they absolutely should PM in-store, although I bet these prices will be "real" tomorrow...

A few good deals in here, but many are still a bit higher than the Amazon weirdness of yesterday, which I keep hoping will come back (plus tax and shipping since no local stores have anything I want, at least not for online ordering, make it worse)

Still, some are tempting, if I happen to stumble into them in store...

Just choose in-store pick up and to lock in your titles!

I already have everything I would want, but I fully back the purchase of The Pianist and Shaun of the Dead. They're both great transfers and priced barely over their DVD counterparts. No brainer.

Me neither, I'm not 100% sure movies qualify, but posted it for the sake of posting it. Another poster above mentioned other BB coupons, so I hope they post links to them if they exist.

Thank you for your comment. :)

These wont qualify because they will give you the " We cant take off 10% because on the coupon it says " Markdown taken from regular price" and since these are marked down already they wont give you the 10% off.

Extreme ymmv if you have a asshat cashier.

Actually the coupon should work if it works on dvds because when I got veronica mars on sale I used a coupon and it stacked, but it was an off week where the sale went on past the weekly ad so the price was still in the system. You could get lucky.

"10% off regularly priced music, movies, toys, video games and pc games." The Hd-DVDs are all marked as sale.

I also checked in store pick up and all the titles I choose are not available for instore pickup, might want to check that before you head on in folks!

Good luck guys.

Did The Mummy and The Mummy Returns for in-store pickup. Rest of the $10.49 HD-DVD's I either had or didn't want.

Plus, as Breach is now $16.99, I'm going to try and get back $3 back on it when I bought it during the last BOGO with Inside Man. Was $19.99 for me, as I had a $10 digital coupon from a previous screw-up, so it started out at $29.99.

Are you guys talking about the same coupon as I am? The one SpeedBrkr posted isn't for movies.

I decided to get Bourne Identity and 12 Monkeys for instore pickup, and I told myself I wasn't going to buy anymore HD-DVDs. But it's hard to resist for these prices.

12 Monkeys is the only one that is in-stock and something I don't already own on DVD. I'd get Shaun to replace my DVD, but it's OOS locally.
Do you think price match in store and get the 30% off on top of the ten bucks?
i think the 30% is already taken off

the msrp on the movies dropped to 19.99

best buy is probably selling them for $14.99

30% off is 10.49

yes, they honor these prices in store. just picked up big lebowski for $10.49 and also got Army of Darkness for $14.

Another note: the Heroes Season 1 HD-DVD box set is down to $56 - I don't know that I've seen it that low at any retailer (Amazon still has it at $70).

I still believe it can go lower  I'm waiting for Amazon to drop it down to

lame, or already picked over. No shipping discount on multiple titles, and they are not showing stocked for pickup for me in most cases.

weak, just got back from BB, they have them all 30% off, but that works out to be $16 per. No pickup either, the one an hour away has pickup, but not my local one. I'll have to wait till it is 60% or so off before I'll buy one from my local bb.

As far as the $10.49 titles, your store should match the website. Mine did.

Does anyone know how the last starfighter transferred? I loved that movie as a kid... .maybe I should leave it at that though and not rewatch it.

"1080p/VC-1 encode looks little better than a standard-def DVD. To be fair, 'Starfighter' didn't have a huge budget for a studio flick and was apparently shot with an early-'80s gauze process that makes everything look like a soft-focus porno."
My Best Buy doesn't do in store pickup.
What do you mean they "don't do" in store pickup? They're not a franchise that can pick and choose what corporate policies they want to follow. If the web site lets you order for instore pickup and the store doesn't give you your product when they get there, that's $10. Keep doing it until they get the hint.

Just picked up The Big Lebowski, The Mummy, The Mummy Returns, and the Pianist. It only had the 30% off but i asked them to check with their online prices so they adjusted it. Man these deals are not good for my wallet, not good at all.

I have a sealed copy that I'll sell less than that. PM me if you want it.

He could mean the movies he wanted were not in stock at his store, so his store was grayed out for all the movies he was trying to buy.

Usually when a BB store availability is grayed out it means two things,

A) *Obviously* Out of Stock
B) Less than 3 copies of the item in-store

Thanks OP. Picked up mummy returns. They were out of The Mummy. They Just had the manager come over to adjust the price to match the online one.

Picked up The Pianist, The Bourne Identity, The Big Lebowski, and Shaun of the Dead. Did all of them on store pickup except for Shaun which the must have only had 1 copy left. So I had somebody in the store print me off a copy of the website and pricematched it at the counter. Thanks op!

Tried to do instore pick up for Big Lebowski and Shaun of the Dead. Shaun wasn't avail in any of my local ones, so I took my chance and went to one store anyways. They had only one copy left.
Which means to say, even if it's not avail on instore, it still might be there.

Had to get them to price match themselves, like everyone else.
(Got those two movies)

I asked one of the managers there if the sales were just gonna get better and what not and she said most likely it would since they're trying to get rid of their hd dvd stock. So you guys who bought movies today hang on to your receipts so you guys can get the difference back if they have better deals in the next 30 days or so.

Picked up 12 Monkeys, The Big Lebowski and Tremors at the Milpitas, CA location. Had to get a price override, but they did it.
