For the next couple days you can get Max and the Magic Marker. It's just a downloadable .exe, I haven't tested it yet.

I got And Yet It Moves via PWYW from that site. You have to sign up, but it's legit.

Is this for Windows and Mac or just one?

I had the option to download either. I picked PC, and now it looks like the only option I've got is for PC from now on.

Unlike Max & the Magic Marker, Beat Hazard appears to be for PC only.

There's also an XBLIG version on the 360 for those of you unfamiliar with the game, obviously not on sale but just a heads up.
