So they have to accept the whole thing even though one part might have been delayed in transit. Ok thanks for explaining that Stickboy. I suppose that's what happened to me as I can see from a system perspective how my order would get auto-picked. My only observation to that is when the warehouse employee prints the .com tag, they should provide some sort of mechanism like an exception report to change the order status or send some sort of "delayed shipment please do not come to the store" notice to the original order on file. It doesn't make sense to leave the customer with the impression that their order is awaiting pickup when it really isn't.
 
Has anybody else pre ordered arkham knight and didn't get the controller stand and skin? I didn't get my stand and skin so i emailed them about it, they said they researched it and saw that i was in fact supposed to receive those items but since i didn't, they somehow can't ship it so they credited my card that i used to purchase it $15 dollars so i could get the stand if i chose. So, seeing as how i don't really care about the stand or skin, i technically got arkham knight for 32.99. I happened to look at this thread yesterday, not knowing about the skin and stand, so if you didn't get yours either, i strongly encourage you to email them.

You're not supposed to get the stand. The deal is just get the skin for free, which includes the skin for the controller and the controller stand if you own one

It takes about 2 weeks, past the return period. If you return it, they will also deduct the points from your account.

If you happen to get the points early and use them, when you return the game, you'll be charged for the reward coupon amount.

 
The way bestbuy split the payment methods for each of my games from the glitch is pretty random. Paid a total of 150 for 4 games, 50 eith gift card 100 with credit card. First game charges my credit card, 2nd game "charges" my gift card by $20 and $10 on credit card. I wish it would charge my gift card first for the first few games
 
got my points pending now, i emailed about the batman skin and they basically said return/rebuy, which im guessing would negate my $10 reward certificate for preordering.

They told me "As per promotion, please be advised that we are unable to ship you the free controller stand skin set. However, for a one time courtesy as a My Best Buy member I can offer you an allowance or a gift card for you to purchase the controller stand skin set online"

 
I picked up the controller skin in store. Took 30 minutes to find it and 10 minutes to figure out how to give it to me for free.

But man, I was looking at some of the completed listings on eBay for Batman pre-order DLC and its pretty crazy. $40 for Red Hood when its probably gonna be $6 when its hits the PSN store. $10 for Harley and Scarecrow, didn't that shit come packed in with every game? Insanity. Plus people are selling the 52 skin pack when its available to everyone for free now lol

Mine is showing up without the bonus 500 as well and I preordered the Saturday before it came out. Im going to wait until they go from pending then if it's still short ill call the CS line.
 
I have two listings for Batman under my purchase history, the Saturday before when I put the $5 down for pre order and also the day I picked it up which shows the Wayne Tech pack. Neither one shows the pending 500 points. Just wait or is it better to let BB know earlier?

BB is going to tell you to wait 15-20 days. If you just preordered Saturday before release, it's going to be closer to the 15 days. Normally the earlier you preorder, the faster your points come.
 
I've had bonus points added to my account almost a week after pickup before, just be patient people.

I just dont understand why the pack ins are selling for so much. It is a great way to offset the cost of the game though :lol:

yea its pretty crazy seeing one piece of DLC going for 40 bucks n up on ebay. WB has already said all pre order bonus's will eventually be available for those who have the season pass and as stand alone DLC. people spending 40 bucks now on one piece of DLC are just spending money foolishly IMO.

 
Got my 500 points too for Batman preorder. Thinking about using the $10 reward cert to preorder Fallout 4, or maaaaybe Halo 5. I say a big maybe on Halo 5 because I didn't like the previous game.
