I remember people saying before that they were able to call and get it applied. Doesnt hurt to call and see if they can do anything. Worse comes to worse can do a return rebuy when it comes on if you want to use that cert and gift card on it.

Just be careful, I've heard horror stories of people calling to change payment info/shipping address and they accidentally canceled their order. With items being OOS and some cases completely removed from the site, you'd be completely fucked. Might be better off using the Certs and/or gift cards on a different purchase.
 
Well, my two purchases from 9/2 are now showing up on MyBB, so that's good.  No preorder bonus yet showing for MGS, but I assume it'll show up soon.

Get it delivered first. Then do a return rebuy to apply the different payments.
 
A bit off topic, but if I price match with Amazon would I still get the 20% gcu on top on that? Amazon has the Disney infinity 3.0 large set for $98.
 
UPS screwed up and Mario Maker won't arrive until Monday. The UPS site said Friday delivery last night and changed today to Monday, why wouldn't they just deliver it tomorrow? Kinda strange, oh well back to MGS. This is the first preordered game I didn't receive on release since Madden 15, I blame the Friday release date.

UPS doesn't do Saturday, unless someone pays a lot more for Saturday delivery.

FedEx does Saturdays? Maybe that's what I was thinking. I even tried to pick it up at the UPS place, but they said the earliest that could happen is Tuesday. The BB shipping center it came from is under 5 hours away. Thought about picking up a Walmart copy until Monday, but I'll just wait.

FedEx does but the shipper also has to pay more for the Saturday delivery.

And FIFA 17 will be out 10 months after that, so might want to wait until then.

Every EA sports game, and NBA2k has been $30 on BF for the last 5 years at BBY.

True, just too many games coming out. Could say the same for Madden and 2k, but they're both day one purchases for me. Might just hold off on FIFA.

just pay EA access and never buy sports games again, just have your virtual seasons 2 or 3 months after the real season is over, score!

 
Just got my rewards certificate + 5 bucks for bonuses so now I have 15 bucks to spend at Best buy online, think Im gonna get Forza 6 since that game looks AMAZING and it comes with a 10 dollar certificate as well

Yeah I actually have 15 dollars(Because when I purchased Disney Infinity and I have GCU they combined them both so I have 15 bucks to use) was on the fence about getting Forza 6 and getting NBA 2k16 but will go with Forza 6 t he reviews are excellent..gonna have the game delivered but for some reason the delivery date is set for Sept 22nd why is that?

you have to order about a week before release to get the release date delivery, after that even expedited shipping will be a couple days after release.

Oh I see how it works..I think I am gonna pre order NBA 2K16 and pick it up in store on release day(Since I have to be in the same area to pick up the Retro Pack from Gamestop) I got a birthday 5 dollar certificate to use in store at best buy..if I bring it with me can I add that on top of what I already paid for the game(Since the coupon is for in store only) just havent seen any reviews for the game, so its either NBA 2K16 or Forza 6 both come with a 10 dollar rewards certificate

i think if the certificate is for in store only, you would have to preorder ($5 card) in store, then use that as part of payment when you pick up. most certificates have a code that can be entered during checkout to use online though.

Yeah the birthday certificate is for in store only..that is the bad part about it, cant use it online while the others I can and this certificate expires on September 30th so I guess I can buy Forza 6..get the reward certificate for it, and go to the store for NBA 2K16 and purchase that

Not if is FedEx Home Delivery. It's ground with delivery from Tue to Sat. Swap Monday for Saturday.
 
Question--if you pre-order 2 games that are eligible for the $10 certificate at the same time will you get two $10 certificates?  Also, will you get two of the pre-order bonuses (like weapon, emblem, etc)?

I want to order two copies of Halo 5, but when I look at the cart on Best Buy it is only showing one of the free items (weapons) in the cart.  Wondering if I would need to do two separate orders.

Its in op but you only get 1 cert per rewards account per game title, irrespective of how many you order. So, you only get 1 cert for 2 copies of Halo.

 
a bit off topic but a week or 2 ago I saw some mention of a $5 or $15 promo code for $50 or $100 spent.  can't find where I found it or even know if it is still active.

I would guess the $50 would have to be before tax so would not stack with gcu unless a filler item was bought too.
